The Grasmere Red Lion Hotel is an historic Inn, situated in a village centre location and boasting breathtaking views of the fells. The Princess Royal Lodge has a grown reputation for outstanding catering and hospitality.  It has been recently been added to and made a very comfortable 21 bedroom all en-suite, purpose-built lodge.

You will find the lodge has eight superb family rooms as well as a twin room for disabled guests.

Farnham is a delightful town to visit. Take a walk northward along Castle Street with its eye catching breadth. Farnham Castle is situated at the north end. It is open for guided tours only – Wednesdays 2-4 p.m. The historic towns of Winchester and Guildford can be reached by car in 40 and 30 minutes respectively.
